Original Objective

Every US state Department of Education had unique objectives for their students and requested slightly different kindergarten through 12th-grade testing batteries. In addition, tailored written and online instructions given to administrators, teachers, and parents remained the purview of each separate or consolidated DOE. Often even large, established vendors could not adequately meet all requirements with off-the-shelf products.


Applied Expertise

Pearson offered customized statewide and national web-based testing platforms, data collection and aggregation, printed results, and distributed reports with suggestions for remediation. To provide complete and accurate packages, however, our knowledgeable Business Analyst first had to perform gap analyses to discover and highlight any apparent holes in the company's capabilities.
